The office is led by Paul Gilliam, MAI, a partner in the firm and leader of Teel Valuation Group’s Institutional Asset Valuation Group. Paul brings extensive experience in the valuation of complex and institutional-grade real estate assets and is also active in the firm’s litigation practice, including property tax-related matters and dispute support assignments.
Joining Paul in the Austin office is John Sablatura, a senior appraiser with more than 30 years of valuation experience throughout the United States. John’s broad market experience and long-standing valuation background provide additional depth and expertise to the office and the clients we serve across the region.
